For those of you in the UK, you’ll have woken up this morning to a hideous trio of freezing cold, howling winds and lashing rain.

 

Needless to say, I’m therefore writing this from underneath a fluffy blanket.  The heating is on and a certain little chihuahua is cwtched up beside me.

 

Happy days!

 

That said, all this cold, wet and wind has me dreaming of warmer climes and holiday time.  Which brings me nicely on to this week’s Happy Monday…

Chances are, you (like me) are not on your holiday, but are wishing you are.  So, to put a bit of cheer back in that howling rain and first work day of the week, I have double bonus for you today:

Or how about these ridiculous complaints made by holiday makers?

 

“The beach was too sandy.”

 

“We bought ‘Ray-Ban’ sunglasses for five euros (£3.50) from a street trader, only to find out they were fake.”

 

Yes… well, indeed.

 

See, it could be worse.  You could be stuck on a non air-conditioned coach in Greece, with one of these guys complaining there’s too much foreign food, too many ruins and no Tesco.
