Good morning & Happy Monday 🙂  I hope you all had an awesome weekend!

If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope you enjoyed the eclipse watching on Friday.  Rocky and I spent a good few hours out the garden watching… well, I watched – he sniffed around and played with the ants.

I did take a few photos for you, but I’m afraid they’re not too impressive.  Wonderful horizontal beams of light though, don’t you think?

Good morning & Happy Monday 🙂

This week is the week of the eclipse (at least in the Northern Hemisphere).  Come 09:27 on Friday, I shall be sat on a bench in my local country park, ready and waiting for the 87% partial eclipse.

I’m toying with the idea of buying special viewing glasses, but as I just mentioned to the infamous Mr Shaps, I might just fashion a viewing device out of an old cardboard box, Quality Street wrappers and a cookie cutter in the shape of a Christmas tree.  Innovative and swish! read more

Well, it’s the Monday after the week of “The Dress” (blue & black or white & gold?  Let me know!) and life is starting to get back to normal.  I suppose you could say it’s week 1 AD… After the Dress.
